Progress report for Harv's Air Cadets July 15, 2002 Submitted by: Adam Penner

Hot and humid! + 35 C, Winds where gusting to 30 knots at times.

The heat made for long climbs. No solo flights today, just a tad windy. Students did go flying with instructors and practiced upper air work, instrument flying, and forced landings. In ground schools cadets are preparing for cross countries later this week.

Very short final to land

A farmers way of saying "don't worry be happy" in the middle of a water damaged crop.

Truly superior pilots are those who use their superior judgment to avoid those situations where they might have to use their superior skills.

The main thing is to take care of the main thing.
