| Progress report for Harv's Air Cadets | July 24, 2002 | Submitted by: Adam Penner |
Showers in the early morning, then high overcast until late afternoon, then more showers. +26 C
Cadets have completed 2 practice exams. Marks have been reasonable and on track.
Cadets continue to study and prepare for the final exam. All week cadets have been getting more serious with studying. The classroom is a much quieter then last week. Students are using the online ground school, (which is run locally on the school network, and available on the internet) to help prepare.
Some of the cadets have been flying their short solo cross country. Instrument flight time has also been improved upon. Radio navigation such as ADF, VOR, and GPS are also being covered.

Preparing for the solo short cross country.

Study, study, study.

There are over 1100 practice questions on the internal network for students to practice.

Deep thoughts.

Tax dollars at work. Transport Canada
decided to visit us in a $800/hour helicopter.
No reason really...just a "friendly visit".
