Progress report for Harv's Air Cadets July 3, 2002 Submitted by: Adam Penner

Today the cadets practice upper air work including steep turns, slow flight, stalls, spins, spiral dives, and side slips. One of the cadets motioned "it would of taken me months to get 2 hours flying time in a glider" and a instructors said "I've never seen student pilots progress so fast".

First flight out at 0745. Completing a walk around for a flight of "upper air work".
This is the "run up area". During the run up pilots check the engine and the airplane systems for proper response.
Doesn't that smile say it all!
Practicing sloooowwwwww flight.
