Over 5 inches of rain fell on the Steinbach area last night, temporally flooding parts of Steinbach and a part of the dorm where the Air Cadets are staying. By 12 noon the mess was cleaned up. Flying today has been cancelled as the winds are over 35 knots. Cadets finished ground school for the Pre solo air regulation exam, and discussed emergency procedures.
