Harv’s Air offers student accommodations in both the Steinbach and St. Andrews locations. All rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please read carefully, as each location offers different amenities. A nonrefundable deposit of $375 is required to reserve a room for a month.

Accommodation Rules
Must be an active full-time flight student (minimum 15 flight hours a month).
Part-time jobs are not permitted.
Students must sign a rental agreement upon arrival (available upon request)
No smoking.
There is a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. You will be told to leave immediately We can’t allow people to live on the airport if they are intoxicated.
Noise level must not disturb any others in the accommodations.
Respect others and their belongings.
No pets or any other animals.
Keep the kitchen, bathroom, and personal belongings in neat order.
Students are responsible for any damage that they may cause and are responsible for paying for the replacement of parts and /or repair costs
Students are responsible for any visitors they may bring into the house
Visitors must leave by 10:00 pm
Students will leave the accommodations in the same condition or better than when they moved in
All questions and concerns will be directed to the landlord immediately
Students will be expelled immediately from the school, and accommodations for any breaking of the rules above

5 houses in Steinbach (about a 10-minute drive from the school)
